I have learned a great deal this week.  I've learned to put her in a down-stay whenever she starts pacing around or seems restless.
Jasmine is much calmer throughout the day.
She's learned to sit before anyone will pet her.
She no longer jumps up on the furniture.
The difference is remarkable.

"He is walking Winnie now and as they started out a mom with a stroller and a toddler approached.  He stepped to the side and made her sit as they passed and she didn't even flinch. The passers were so impressed!"
